Online Basics of Environment Student Assistant Position
The ERE Program is seeking an organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented student assistant to work on a set of online modules that will give students the scientific and technical foundation for the Global Environment Fundamentals course. The ability to work independently is vital.
Under the guidance of ERE faculty and staff, the Online Basics of Environment Student Assistant will identify and research content for the various modules. An ideal applicant has a background in environmental sciences or allied disciplines and is interested in the interconnected physical, chemical, biological, and ecological processes of the environment. The successful applicant should also have effective scientific/technical writing skills.
The position is open to all SAIS students with preference given to ERE students. First year students are encouraged to apply if they have the qualifying background. The position will begin in September or October 2018 and extend throughout the academic year, ending in May 2019.
Rate: $18.00 per hour
